These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the CardMak3r online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices quoted are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. These will be shown separately during the order process.
