Shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time is: 3-7 business days

The delivery period begins:

• For advance payment: on the day after the payment order is issued.
• For other payment methods: on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is generally handled by:

• DHL

Partial Deliveries

If an item is not immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

Note for Small Businesses

In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
