Refund policy

Right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option).

Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
